Council of Neighborhoods

   We're always happy to hear from folks who value neighborhoods and want to preserve a spirit of community in their neighborhood or city. We'll be glad to try to answer any questions about how to form a Council of Neighborhoods in your city, or any other neighborhod related questions. Please remember that we will try to answer all e-mails but it may take a while, since we at the RHCN are all volunteers.
