   The forms listed below are provided as an aid to organizing your neighborhood and to joining the Rock Hill Council of Neighborhoods. You may freely download them for your use. If you have an idea for a form or are already using your own, we'd love for you to e-mail it to us so that we can share it with other neighborhoods.

• Acceptance of Membership in Rock Hill Council of Neighborhoods - 34K
  The application used by a neighborhood to petition the RHCN for membership. As of 09/09/05, this is the only form you need to submit for membership.
  
• Leadership Behavior - 86K
  Some helpful suggestions that neighborhood leaders should keep in mind.
  
• Membership Invitation - 40K
  Initial contact letter sent to all neighborhoods in Rock Hill, SC. This letter explains the different levels of membership and the benefits of each.
  
• Neighborhood Empowerment Requirements - 11K
  The minimum requirements to be considered a Recognized Neighborhood Organization by the City of Rock Hill. The RHCN also requires bylaws.
  
• New Neighborhood Survey - 64K
  A sample form useful for establishing initial contact and interest levels among residents when starting a new neighborhood organization.
  
• Petition of Neighborhood Interest - 14K
  As of Sept. 2005, this form is no longer required for membership in RHCN but is a very good way to judge neighborhood participation.

  Another sample newsletter you can use for your neighborhood. Relatively simple design.
  
• Sample Calls for Service (Police Dept.) - 38K
  The Calls for Service form is used in conjunction with your local police or law enforcement department to list calls for police/EMS service in a particular area, such as a neighborhood. Not all cities offer this service so check with your local police dept. to find out if this is available in your area. In some cities there is a small fee for this information. Please be considerate and give the reporting agency ample time to prepare your data.
